Big Thinking is proud to present a new short film as part of the Stories Of ATI series. The film features Laura who has been receiving 1-2-1 support through Aspire-iGen on the Action Towards Inclusion (ATI) programme.

Action Towards Inclusion supports people in the community to overcome barriers to employment, training and job search. During her transition onto Universal Credit, Laura’s mental well-being started to suffer. The mother of 4 children was using food banks in desperation until she sought support through the Job Centre who told her about the ATI Programme.
This film captures how 1-2-1 support via Aspire-iGen has helped Laura overcome barriers in her life. From support with housing and benefits to help to build confidence and develop aspirations Laura started to regain her motivation.
The film highlights the difference ATI has made in Lauras life, told in her own words. ATI Key workers provide emotional and practical support tailored around peoples needs. Being part of Action Towards Inclusion has transformed Laura’s confidence and improved her circumstances. Her well being has improved massively and now she feels in control. Laura now has a positive outlook, has way more confidence and has big dreams for her future.
