Paolo Hewitt came to York this week to meet young people for a very different kind of interview – one composed by a group of looked after children in the city. The questions were devised by Show Me That I Matter, a group of looked after young people who advocate for issues effecting all children in care in York.
The group devised questions that explored Paolo’s life in care as well his career as a music journalist and then as an author. It was really an inspirational experience for all the young people who then worked along side Scott Akoz Photography to shoot images for their poster campaign aimed at raising aspirations.
